    A mortgage is a legal document between a homeowner and the mortgagee that establishes a home or property as collateral for a home loan.
  • How do I get a mortgage?
    The first step is to contact me, your mortgage lender, to get Pre-Approved of course!
  • What kind of information do I need to apply for a mortgage?
    Everyone's situation is different, but here are the most common documents needed for applying: Tax Returns 30 months of paystubs W-2s or other proof of income Bank Statements & Other Assets Gift Letters (if family/friends are helping you buy, you need a written confirmation letter) Photo ID
  • What credit score do I need to buy a home?
