Why should I buy a home instead of rent? When you compare monthly payments, it is usually more cost-efficient to buy a home rather than rent. Do I need a Real Estate Agent? It is possible to purchase a home without a real estate agent. HOWEVER, the home purchasing process includes contract negotiation, home inspections, and deadline derived actions that can make the process overwhelming without an experienced agent's guidance. Unlike home purhcasing websites, real estate agents have the most up-to-date information about homes for sale and sometimes even have listings that are not on the market yet! Remember, as a home buyer, it is FREE to use a real estate agent.
